The hotel room was small and a bit worn down. the decor in the bathroom was outdated and there was some mildew around the edges of the bathtub.

The Mito Hotel staff were incredibly helpful, from airport pickup to setting up a local sim card and even providing a promo code for transportation. The rooms were clean and reasonably priced, with good AC and WiFi. The location was convenient, with shops and food stalls nearby. The hotel also had a great cafe with delicious dishes.

I had a great experience at this hotel. the value for money was excellent. The prices were very reasonable and affordable. Secondly, the staff were very attentive and provided excellent service. They went above and beyond to help me with anything I needed. Lastly, the location of this hotel was perfect. It was close to everything I wanted to visit, including the central market and tourist attractions, but not right in the noisy areas. I could easily take a short tuk tuk ride to the Riverside or any other place I wanted to explore.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the fact that the staff was very friendly and helpful, always willing to lend a hand. we appreciated the rooms being modern and clean, with good Wi-Fi reception, making it easy for us to stay connected. the key location allowed us to explore the city easily by foot, and there were plenty of food options nearby to choose from.

We found the noise level during the night to be quite high, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the bathroom in our room also seemed outdated and needed some refreshing.

Great location, close to the Central Market and walking distance to popular tourist sites. Modern and clean rooms with friendly and English-speaking staff. The hotel provided helpful services such as airport pick-up and assistance in purchasing a cell phone with a Cambodian sim card.

Some noise from roosters and traffic in the morning, but this is typical for Cambodia and not within the hotel's control. Limited amenities such as no hot water and the absence of a window in some rooms.
